The self-adhesive heat preservation nail is composed of galvanized steel plate (0.5mm thick), stainless steel or aluminum nail and foam double-sided adhesive tape, which has both structural strength and convenient construction characteristics. Its core advantage lies in the fact that there is no need to drill holes, and the substrate (such as rock wool board) is directly bonded through double-sided tape, significantly improving construction efficiency (saving 30% of labor hours). The nail body design is suitable for the thickness of the insulation board, with common specifications such as a 3.8cm bottom plate matched with a 3.8cm nail length. The nail head adopts a pointed cone shape to penetrate the rock wool board (with a penetration force of 5kg/cm ²), and the material can be selected from stainless steel (corrosion resistance>500h salt spray test) or high carbon steel (tensile strength ≥ 450MPa).
