Product Features
Common materials include low-carbon steel (such as Q195) and aluminum alloy, among which aluminum studs are lighter in weight and have better corrosion resistance than stainless steel, making them suitable for aluminum structures in ships.
Surface treatment is mostly copper plating or zinc plating. Copper plating technology improves conductivity and welding firmness, and its anti-corrosion performance is better than ordinary galvanized steel nails.
It is usually made by riveting galvanized carbon steel wire and galvanized sheet, with 6 evenly distributed holes designed to facilitate adhesive penetration and fixation.
The length can be extended up to 150 millimeters, and with the use of specialized glue and general cap accessories, it can compress insulation materials (such as rock wool) and prevent loosening.
