Adhesive, also known as self-adhesive label material, is a composite material made of paper, film or special materials as the fabric, with adhesive coated on the back and silicon coated protective paper as the base paper. The current development direction is from traditional roll coating and scraper coating to high-pressure flow coating, in order to maximize the uniformity of coating, avoid the generation of bubbles and needle holes, and ensure the quality of coating. Flow coating technology is not yet mature in China, and traditional roll coating is mainly used.
The double-sided adhesive tape used for self-adhesive insulation nails is based on low-density white PE foam and coated with acrylic adhesive on both sides. It has excellent weather resistance, adhesion, buffering, sealing, and high adhesion, and is widely used, suitable for various electronic appliances, precision instruments, decorative building materials, etc.
Product Features
Self adhesive insulation nails are mainly used in scenarios such as air conditioning ducts, glass curtain walls, and wooden walls, ensuring that the construction surface is clean and free of oil stains. Its core function is to fix insulation materials such as glass wool, suitable for environmentally clean places. The product adopts aluminum nail body (20-30mm long) and galvanized tinplate bottom plate (2222mm to 5050mm in specification), which have the characteristics of aging resistance, temperature change resistance (-30 ℃ to 80 ℃), high bearing capacity (tensile strength ≥ 50N) and moisture resistance, and is suitable for construction in low temperature environments such as air duct insulation and steel structure. When installing, the base surface needs to be cleaned first, fixed with quick drying glue or foam glue, and then penetrated through the insulation board and pressed with self-locking gaskets after curing. The tail can be bent to adapt to different thicknesses.
